A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.Assist in the training and evaluation of Surveillance Operators.Complete proper documentation as needed.Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, count rooms and other areas for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
The Lead Operator will assist in the development of newly hired Operators.
The Lead Operator is accountable to ensure the security and safety of our customers & team members as well as protecting casino assets via CCTV.
